Who are your competitors?

Most of our competitors are small, privately held companies. Most concentrate their efforts on one product category in a single geographic area. There are few sizeable, public firms that compete directly with us.

Who are your customers?

We are privileged to have relationships with a very broad base of customers. Our largest customer represents less than 6% of our sales.

Our major customers include:

  • Bedding Manufacturers - We provide innerspring and specialty foam components to the majority of U.S. bedding  manufacturers.
  • Bedding Retailers and Brands - We provide private label finished goods, including compressed mattresses and adjustable bed to many retailers and brands.
  • Residential Furniture Manufacturers - We provide a wide range of components to a number of upholstered furniture manufacturers, primarily located in the U.S.
  • Office Furniture Manufacturers - We provide components and private label finished furniture to most of the major office furniture manufacturers.
  • Automotive Companies - We primarily provide seat suspension, lumbar supports, and motors/actuators to Tier 1 suppliers and OEM’s globally.

As of December 2023, we had approximately 19,000 employees, of which approximately 14,000 were engaged in production and approximately 11,000 were international employees.
