56 Year Annual Data
This file contains summary annual financial data for each year since Leggett went public in 1967. The file contains eight separate worksheets: 1) historical income statement, 2) income statement restated for continuing ops and adjusted for unusual items, 3) cash flow statement, 4) balance sheet, 5) growth rates & margins, 6) ratios, 7) foreign sales data, and 8) non-GAAP adjustments.
Quarterly Financials
This file contains summarized quarterly financial data for each year since 2006. The file contains two separate worksheets: 1) quarterly data restated for continuing ops (where provided) and 2) quarterly continuing ops data adjusted for unusual items (where provided).
Segment Financials
This file contains annual and quarterly data for Leggett’s operating segments, including annual financials beginning in 2005 and quarterly financials beginning in 2006. Early years can be viewed in Excel by “unhiding” the columns. The file contains five separate worksheets: 1) annual and quarterly segment data for 2005–2011, 2) annual and quarterly segment data restated for continuing ops (where provided) for 2012–2014, 3) annual and quarterly segment continuing ops data adjusted for unusual items (where provided) for 2012–2014, 4) annual and quarterly segment continuing ops data under the new segment structure (effective 1/1/20) since 2015, and 5) annual and quarterly segment continuing ops data adjusted for unusual items (where provided) under the new segment structure (effective 1/1/20) since 2015.
